Neal Martino

Neal Martino joined Wesley as Vice President of Human Resources in 2020. He brings a passion for workforce optimization and a belief the workplace is what we make of it. Neal earned a Master of Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has earned numerous certifications within human resources including certified leadership facilitator, certified diversity recruiter, and change management practitioner. Neal is recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He enjoys volunteering with various organizations and hiking within the Pacific Northwest.
